Employees may care about different perks and benefits offered at a company. Some perks employees want amid the pandemic are flexibility and childcare support. Others may care more about medical benefits or paid time off.
To find out which companies are highly rated for their perks and benefits among employees, Comparably asked employees anonymous questions about this from September 17, 2020 through September 17, 2021.
Based on this, SaaS company Pipefy came out on the top of the small and midsize company ranking this year. This list includes companies with 500 or fewer employees.
